One who knows to travel knows the world better than most of us. Anirban is soul-searching his passion for travelling and discovering the unseen from the mainstream. He is followed by a passionate & ardent team of explorers who ensure your trails in and around Darjeeling as unique & experiential. Since the last decade, he has been an active trotter in the tourism industry. Besides travelling, he is an internationally acclaimed filmmaker.
Vaishali
Content & Media Lead, Curator - Baithak in the Hills
A classical vocalist by profession, Vaishali is a passionate discoverer. She believes in solo exploration and sensitive analysis of her subjects. Coming from a strong background in literature studies, she carries a diversified portfolio. From theatre to music, cinema to travelling her interests fall in a wide range of themes and contents. She is an excellent writer and critic. She is also in the leadership of Baithak in the Hills: Musicians in Residence, a one-of-a-kind curated program to cultivate and celebrate indigenous traditions of music in the Eastern Himalayan Region. She often idealises a perfectionist through her works.
Martin
Artiste, Advisor
A true polymath. Martin Ferrabee from the U.K. is passionate about Railways besides an abundance of avocations. He'd love to call Darjeeling his second home. A Painter, Sketch - Artiste, Sculptor, Filmmaker, and an avid traveller. He has been kind enough to support Darjeeling Walks with his evocative artworks and valuable suggestions. Anirban's recent documentary "Ghumjeeling : A Meeting by the Railways" features him and his works as an Artiste.
Pallab
Creative Chief
An innovative designer by profession, Pallab is passionate about creating designs from real-life impressions and transforming them into purposeful representatives. He is a President Awardee in painting and designing. He is accredited internationally for his work in lifestyle design and branding. He is a National Institute of Design Graduate. He holds more than two decades of experience in product management. He is chiefly responsible for our branding and creative design.
Rabindra
Explorer, Researcher, Artiste
An accomplished artist based in Kalimpong, known for his deep connection to the local culture and traditions of the hills, strives to maintain the authenticity of his subjects in his artwork. His aesthetic choices aim to capture the essence of life and initiate meaningful conversations with the viewers, providing them with a visual and emotional experience. While his preferred mediums are watercolor and oil, he also works with acrylic. Recently, he has been elected as the President of the Kalimpong Artists Association. His artistic skills have led to commissioned works for various notable establishments such as Cafe Coffee Day (based in Delhi, Gurgaon, Jaipur, T3 Terminal, IGI Airport, New Delhi), Reserve Bank of India (Sikkim), ICICI Bank, and more.

Explorer
Sunny comes from half a decade-long Hospitality and Guest Relations experience. Having worked in India and abroad, he posesses sound vocabulary and articulative skills. Alongside, he is keen to explore and showcase the Hills of Darjeeling like no other. He is amazing to talk to, incredible to walk with, and his passion for Darjeeling will inspire you to take a closer look at the Hills and its People.
