Refund Policy for Website Access:

The website subscription fees are non refundable.

Refund Policy for Events and Workshops:

Darjeeling Walks regularly conducts events and workshops. The price for such events is different for members and non members. In the event of cancellation of an event by Darjeeling Walks, the entire amount will be refunded. In the event of reschedulement by Darjeeling Walks, and if such reschedulement is not acceptable to You, the entire amount will be refunded. You may cancel your enrollment to an event or workshop at any time. If you cancel anytime up to 24 hours before the event, 50% of the amount will be refunded to You. Any cancellation within 24 hours of the event, no refund will be provided. You may opt to reschedule your enrollment to an event or workshop at any time. There are no additional charges for such reschedulement.
